Description |
An example of Weller Pottery Company's early Aurelian line introduced in 1898, this vase hand-decorated by Charles Fouts (1903-1958), features a portrait of a black man wearing a Fez hat on a hand-brushed dark brown background with a golden sunburst of light around the decoration. |
