Description |
An example from Roseville Pottery Company's Donatello line first introduced in 1916, this Greek-Revival style bowl, shape number 53, features a decorative frieze that wraps around the bowl. The front of the bowl depicts two lounging intertwined cherubim, while the back of the bowl features floating cherub and seated cherub. The shape design and motif were created by Harry W. Rhead (1881-1950). |
