Description |
This American art pottery vase is an early example from Weller Pottery Company's Hudson Ware line. It is believed to to be a variation of the Hudson (Blue and Decorated) line produced from 1919 to 1920 and features a hand-painted, stylized flying grasshopper attributed to pottery decorator Hester W. Pillsbury (1862-1951). |
