An example from Roseville Pottery Company's Donatello line first introduced in 1916, this Greek-Revival style flower pot, shape number 580-6", features a decorative frieze of Seated Cherub Writing in Tablet and Standing Cherub Wearing Helmet Holding a Flag, Sculptural Bust in Middle. The shape design and motif were created by Harry W. Rhead (1881-1950). |
