Description |
Like many talented and aspiring artists of his generation, Abel Warshawsky studied at the Cleveland Art Institute and the National Academy of Deisgn in New York before moving abroad to study art in Paris in 1909 at the Academie Julian. he remained in the city of light for thirty years where he adapted Impressionism's light color palette, dynamic brushwork, and unusual compositional structure. |
