An example from Roseville Pottery Company's Mostique line introduced in 1916, the motif on this sleek vase, shape number 164-8", was designed by Frank Ferrell in 1921. The ruddy, decorative, and pale-colored exterior surface features highly stylized yellow closed tulips on a slender stem, which contrasts well with the green gloss interior. |
