Description |
An early line dating from 1906-1907 from Roseville Pottery Company called Della Robbia, this line was designed by Frederick Hurten Rhead (1880-1942) and features hand-carved motifs. This small vase, shape number 59-7", depicts highly abstracted peacock feathers and was executed by Roseville artist Helen Smith. Her cipher, the initials HS, can be found on a stem on the face of the vessel. |
