Description |
Robert Sperry (1927-1998) was a ceramicist born in Bushnell, Illinois, and lived most of his life in Seattle, Washington. Sperry studied art at the University of Saskatchewan, the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, and the University of Washington. He worked with famous ceramicist Peter Voulkos at the Archie Bray Foundation in Montana. Sperry taught at the University of Washington until 1982. |
