Description |
This is a portrait bust of beloved ZMA director Dr. Charles Dietz was donated to the museum by members of the Beaux Arts Club in 1987. This organization was founded in 1954 and has a two-fold mission-to support the museum through a variety of fundraising initiatives and to educate its members about art. Over the last 75 years, the club's members have raised more than $530,000 in support of the ZMA. |
