Description |
This small aqua glass cologne bottle with squared edges and an applied square lip was made by the Kearns, Herdman & Gorsuch (1868-1885) glass factory in Zanesville, Ohio. One of several in a long line of Kearns glass factories, it was led by Kearns brothers George and Noah along with financier James Herdman and local businessman Joseph T. Gorsuch. The firm made a variety of utilitarian items such as windows, bottles, jars, and druggists' glassware. |
