Description |
An example from Roseville Pottery Company's Blackberry Dinnerware line introduced circa 1954, this cream-colored decorative plate, 9.5", features blackberry vines around the edge. The museum purchased this piece from the George H. Krause Collection in 2008. George Krause was a glaze chemist and ceramics engineer who worked at Roseville Pottery beginning in 1915 and played a major role at the company thought the first half of the twentieth century. |
