Description |
Erickson Glass Works (1943-1961) was founded by Carl Erickson (1899-1966) in Bremen, Ohio in 1943. The glass house specialized in heavy-cased glass of many forms, sizes, and colors. All pieces were hand-formed so no two pieces are exactly alike. When it was time to retire, Carl Erickson chose to dismantle his operation instead of passing it on to others who may not uphold his standard of quality. He sold the factory in 1961. |
