Description |
An early line dating from 1906-1907 from Roseville Pottery Company called Della Robbia, this line was designed by Frederick Hurten Rhead (1880-1942) and features hand-carved motifs. This unusual three-handled vase, shape number 62-10", depicts a hand-carved oak tree and acorn motif executed by Hurten Rhead. The artist's cipher, the initials FR, can be found on side of the elaboratly hard-carved vessel. |
